How do subscriptions work?
Subscription plans unlock access to Silent Protocol services for the selected plan period. Available features, usage limits, and dashboard controls can vary by plan. Access can be paused or expire if a subscription is unpaid, cancelled, expired, or otherwise invalid.
How do payments and checkout work?
Checkout is handled through the website and a hosted payment provider flow. The website creates the payment request server-side, redirects you to the provider, and then waits for provider confirmation before updating your order and access status.
When will my access activate after payment?
Access usually activates after the payment provider confirms the transaction. This may not be instant if the payment is pending, the provider delays notification, or manual review is required. Contact support if your payment succeeded but access is still missing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
For active subscriptions, cancellation affects future access according to the plan terms. If recurring billing is available on your plan, cancellation stops future billing where supported, but it does not automatically refund past payments.
How do upgrades work if I still have time left on my plan?
Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated automatically. The unused value of your current subscription — based on what you paid and the time still remaining — is applied as credit toward the higher plan, so at checkout you pay only the remaining difference. If that credit already covers the full price of the new plan, the upgrade activates immediately with no new charge. Choosing the same tier renews and extends your current term, downgrades are not offered through upgrade checkout, and upgrade credit is applied only to the upgrade — it is not paid out as cash or refunded.
Can I set a default payment method?
Yes. In Billing you can choose a default payment method type — Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (Virtual Account), or E-wallet/QRIS — which is saved to your account and shown at checkout. It is only a preference to speed up checkout: we never store your card or bank details, and the actual payment is completed on iPaymu's secure hosted page where you select and enter the method.
