Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Silent Protocol digital services, Discord bot access, dashboard access, and subscription-based features.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Overview

Silent Protocol provides digital services, Discord bot access, dashboard access, and subscription-based features. Because these services can be delivered immediately and may be used as soon as access is granted, payments are generally final once access has been delivered or used.

Refunds are not automatic. We review eligible cases fairly and try to resolve technical or activation issues before considering a refund.

Subscription Refund Window

New subscription purchases include a refund window so you can change your mind shortly after buying:

Monthly & short-term plans

14 days

1-month and other prepaid terms under 12 months: request within 2 weeks of payment.

12-month and longer plans

30 days

12, 24, and 48-month prepaid plans: request within 30 days (1 month) of payment.

The window is measured from the payment date and applies to the current term only. Refunds within the window are still subject to review for abuse (such as repeated refund-and-repurchase), and value already applied as upgrade credit or non-refundable payment-provider fees may be excluded. After the window ends, the standard policy on this page applies and payments are generally final.

Eligible for Review

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Payment was successful but access was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved by support.
  • A confirmed technical issue on Silent Protocol's side prevents access to the paid service for a meaningful period.

Generally Non-refundable

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not read the product description, plan terms, or feature limits before purchasing.
  • Your Discord server was misconfigured or the bot lacked permissions because of user-side setup.
  • The subscription or paid feature was already delivered, activated, or used.
  • You violated Silent Protocol rules, Discord rules, platform abuse policies, or security requirements.
  • Temporary third-party limitations, Discord API incidents, hosting incidents, or payment provider delays affected some features.

Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, contact us with the payment references. Confirmed duplicate payments may be refunded or credited after review.

Failed Activation or Technical Issues

If payment succeeds but access is not delivered, we will first investigate and attempt to activate or restore the paid service. If the issue is confirmed to be on Silent Protocol's side and cannot be resolved, the payment may be reviewed for refund eligibility.

Plan Upgrades and Prorated Credit

Upgrading to a higher plan while your current subscription is still active is handled as a credit, not a refund. The unused value of your current subscription is automatically prorated and applied toward the new plan at checkout, and you pay only the remaining difference. If that credit covers the full upgrade price, the new plan is activated immediately with no additional charge. Prorated upgrade credit is applied only to the upgrade — it is not paid out as cash, and downgrades are not processed through upgrade checkout.

Cancellation Policy

For active subscriptions, cancellation affects future access according to the plan terms. If recurring billing is available on your plan, cancellation stops future billing where supported. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may require us to pause account or service access while the case is reviewed, especially if the dispute affects active subscription entitlements.

How to Request a Refund Review

  • Account email
  • Discord user ID
  • Server ID if the request relates to a Discord server
  • Payment reference or invoice ID
  • Date of payment
  • A clear explanation of the issue
